Reed OnTime Timesheets

OnTime...

Welcome to OnTime, Reed's web-based timesheet system.

Using OnTime...

To use OnTime you will need:

  1. Payroll Number - This is a unique seven-character reference. If you do not have a Payroll number, please contact your Reed Branch.Please note that the OnTime Technical Support Team will be UNABLE to provide you with a Payroll Number.

    Examples of correct and incorrect payroll numbers:
    6871313 - this is CORRECT
    123456X - this is CORRECT
    6871313/307 - this is INCORRECT
    001/6871313 - this is INCORRECT

  2. Surname - If you have a hyphenated surname, please use the first part of your surname only.
  3. Password - This must contain 8 characters, at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the forgotten password link.
  4. Candidate ID - This will be required the first time you register on OnTime in order to create a password, and also if you forget your password. If you do not know your candidate ID, please e-mail

Inside OnTime...

If you are logged into the system as a candidate, i.e. not a contractor, you will be presented with the following options:

  1. Timesheets - This section allows you to view/enter hours onto your current timesheet or check the status of previous timesheets.
  2. Payslips - This section allows you to view your current or previous payslips.
  3. Holidays - This section allows you to submit a request for paid holiday or view previous holiday requests.
  4. Other Options - This section allows you to maintain your profile and view useful OnTime documentation, with links to the following:
    • Manage your security questions.
    • Change your preferences.
    • View stakeholder pension plan.
    • View Reed travel benefit plan.
    • View terms and conditions.
    • View the Reed rewards.

If you are logged into the system as a contractor you will be presented with the following options:

  1. Timesheets - As above, this section allows you to view/enter hours onto your current timesheet or check the status of previous timesheets.
  2. Invoices - This section allows you to manage your invoices or create an expense claim form.
  3. Other Options - This section allows you to maintain your profile and view useful OnTime documentation, with links to the following:
    • Manage your security questions.
    • Change your preferences.
    • View terms and conditions.

Use this option to send an email to the OnTime Technical Support Team. Please remember that if you do not have a timesheet or do not know your Payroll number, contact your Reed Branch.

Logout...

This will log you out of OnTime and close your session.

Forgotten Password...

Use this link if you have forgotten your password, you will need your candidate ID, payroll number and surname. You will be asked to answer your security question and you will then be able to reset your password. Please be aware that if your security question is not set you must contact the OnTime Helpdesk.
